About JananiBala Yoga


Jananibāla Yoga is a sacred method rooted in the shared evolution of mother and child. It honors the divine feminine in the embodied form of the mother while creating space for the blossoming of the child through intuitive movement, breath, and connection.

JananiBala focuses on three types of classes. In each, we embrace the unpredictable, focus on acceptable, and embrace present-ness.
Mama + Infant
Strengthening for mama- Bonding & early movement for baby.




Mama + Toddler
Cuddles and laughs for mama- playful learning for toddler.
A break for mama- Imaginative play for Kiddo.
Kids
Practicing yoga since 2010, Laura has experienced firsthand the profound power of breath as a bridge between mind, body, and spirit. These transformative experiences led her to complete a 200-hour yoga teacher training. After welcoming her son in October 2024, Laura felt a powerful call to support fellow mothers on their journey. This inspired her to create Jananibala Yoga—a heart-centered offering dedicated to mothers and their little ones, from infancy to early childhood. Rooted in love, strength, and presence, Jananibala Yoga honors the evolving dance of motherhood and the deep wisdom carried within the maternal body.
Her teaching philosophy centers on using mindful movement to cultivate joy, presence, and connection in each moment. With warmth and wisdom, she supports mothers in reconnecting with their bodies—building strength, finding relaxation, and rediscovering a sense of self—while also inviting their children into playful, loving exploration of movement and body awareness.
Laura is currently pursuing a 150-hour postnatal and children’s yoga certification and has completed training in both child and adult safety. Whether guiding mamas, children, or both, she leads with heart and intention—holding space for growth, empowerment, and deeper connection on every level.
