About JananiBala Yoga

Jananibāla Yoga is a sacred method rooted in the shared evolution of mother and child. It honors the divine feminine in the embodied form of the mother while creating space for the blossoming of the child through intuitive movement, breath, and connection.

JananiBala focuses on three types of classes. In each, we embrace the unpredictable, focus on acceptable, and embrace present-ness.

Mama + Infant

Strengthening for mama- Bonding & early movement for baby.

Mama + Toddler

Cuddles and laughs for mama- playful learning for toddler.

A break for mama- Imaginative play for Kiddo.

Kids

Laura is a yoga teacher, creator, and mother who has been practicing yoga since 2010. Her relationship with movement and breath has long been a grounding force — and since welcoming her son in October 2024, it has become a way of navigating motherhood with presence, curiosity, and care. This season of life inspired the creation of Jananibala Yoga, Mami in Motion, and Happy Little Press — offerings rooted in connection, and the belief that everyday moments can become meaningful rituals of growth.

Her work centers on mindful movement, play, and real-life experiences that support both children and caregivers. Drawing from yoga, Montessori principles, and a holistic lifestyle, Laura creates spaces and tools that invite strength, softness, and joy — honoring the evolving bond between mother and child, and the wisdom found in simply moving, breathing, and being together.
